Hungry Boy

What have we done..?

Over the past decade we have worked on lots of different projects for many different companies but here is a selection of our recent projects to give you a general idea of what it is we do...

Bradley - children's pre-school television animation
One of our own projects that started in development 6 years ago Bradley started as an initial idea around a little boy who has adventures thrown forward by his Great Grandmothers Pop-Up Travel Journal - read more at www.adventures-of-bradley.com

During the past 6 years we have taken Bradley from idea through to concept animation with fleshed out storylines and a trailer animation to show the style and movement of the characters. During that time we worked on a number of main sections including...

Business Development
A large part of the series development was looking at ways in which we could manage the project and bring in enough revenue to fund the development and the promotion of the series. To enable people to buy in to Bradley and eventually invest cold hard cash in to the series concept we had to look at a number of factors within the children's television broadcast industry and then write a business case that would show information including...

To ensure we had the correct information we built up a network of advisors through the industry who were able to provide us with the correct information so that we could build our business case and raise the funds required to create the concept animation and build Bradley in to his very own company.
These advisors include people such as the Head of CBBC Scotland, the current Producer of Noddy, the Creator and Animator for Mr. Ben, Scotland's foremost children's animation company (Red Kite Animation) and a load of others all along the way.

Series Development
Bradley has seen a few guises over the past years and with each turn he gets better and better and that is down to the scores of people we have worked with throughout the development. As concept producers we managed the creative development closely from idea to finished concept ready to sell.
Areas we covered included...

Marketing and Promotion
As a design management company it would have been crazy for us to have went outside our own talents to market the series, we used in house teams to develop and plan out the marketing and promotion to broadcasters worldwide with the creation of a range of materials including...

For these items we used our skills in the creative industries that included...

The promotion strategy for Bradley included visiting the world's foremost children's television property trade fair - MIPCOM & MIPCOM JR - and promoting the series to over 500 buyers in 2 days. Bradley was well received at the show coming in at 74th most viewed show out of 1143 shows at the event and since then we have partnered with a larger production company based in Scotland who are currently negotiating with a number of broadcasters in the UK, Canada, France and the US on our behalf to take Bradley in to full production.
